Experience
I have taught over a hundred students the violin in my time, in various settings, and am constantly refining my approach and evolving as a teacher.

I have worked in music education and community music for 22 years - I have worked with people of all ages from under fives to elderly patients in hospital, and everything in between! I have taught students violin at high levels and I have also worked musically with people with profound learning disabilities, and autism. I feel I can meet people wherever they are at, and offer a learning experience to suit each individual.

Artistically, my recent work has involved writing, recording and performing violin parts for my work as a singer-songwriter. I much enjoyed collaborating with Jote Osahn, violinist from the much celebrated band Elbow, for some of this work.
